Position: Global Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our partners with technical pre-sales support, marketing collateral, support requests, feature requests, training sessions, quotations, and more.
- Deepen and expand relationships with existing value-added resellers, partners, and system integrators, making connections and opening more doors internationally.
- Seek out and support new partnerships, with new channel partners, integration partners, and others. You must be willing to take ownership of the process end-to-end.
- Represent our brand at international trade shows and events. You can expect at least four overseas trips every year.
- Manage other globally focused projects that help us meet our goal for MOCA to connect every door.
- You will work directly alongside our head of global business development and product strategy
Desired Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years experiences in overseas B2B sales, marketing, or customer support
- Experience in SaaS, security, access control, IoT industries preferred
- Demonstrated ability to apply new technologies to specific customer needs
